...AN AREA OF HEAVY SNOW WILL AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL MONTANA
THROUGH MIDNIGHT...

At 945 PM MST, an area of heavy snow was located from near
Belt, eastward to Stanford, moving southeast at 15 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this area of heavy snow.

This includes the following portions of Highway 200 from east of
Great Falls to Lewistown...and Highway 89 from Belt to White Sulphur
Springs.

Snowfall rates near 1 inch per hour along with visibility below one
half mile is expected in this region through Midnight.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM MST
MONDAY ABOVE 4000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected above 4000 feet. Total snow accumulations
of 2 to 6 inches above 4000 feet, with 6 to 12 inches above
6000 feet. Isolated higher amounts. Winds gusting as high as
50 mph at times.

* WHERE...Meagher, Judith Basin, Fergus and Cascade.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. Tree or branch damage is
possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
