LIBBY - A 57-year-old man from Libby was killed in a crash on US-2 early Thursday morning.
The man was driving westbound on US-2 when he reportedly drove off the north shoulder for unknown reasons.
Montana Highway Patrol (MHP) reports the man’s car then traveled 190 feet in a burrow pit before hitting a tree.
It is unknown if the driver was deceased before hitting the tree MHP says.
