The Montana Highway Patrol says they have located the car involved in a hit and run crash with a pedestrian.

MHP posted an update on January 30 saying the suspect vehicle has been located after an anonymous tip led to the discovery of the car.

Two arrests have been made.

Trooper Adam Gane said around 10:30 pm January 18, a 25-year-old male was crossing US-93 near Woodside when he was sideswiped by silver Pontiac Grand Am.

The man was seriously injured and taken to the hospital.

MHP also said they would like to thank everyone who called and emailed with tips and possible sightings adding that the case would have likely gone unresolved without the amazing support from the community.
