Yellowstone bull elk attacks man in new video

A newly released video captured the moment that a bull elk knocked over a man standing in his way at Yellowstone National Park.

The video was taken by Boyce Schall of Arlee, Montana. Schall says two bull elk were fighting before one bull left to return to his herd.

Schall says the onlookers were standing between the bull and his cows, ignoring a park ranger's directions to move. The bull elk can be seen looking around and then charging through the group, knocking over one man.

Schall says as far he knows, the man only suffered minor injuries.

It's the ninth animal v. tourist injury reported in the park this year.
